
Story Based Coaching
I use an engaging story-based curriculum grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology and cognitive-behavioural principles, where children can see how the stories applies in their own lives, this interactive approach sparks meaningful conversations between me and the child.
Through the story coaching process children explore situations that mirror their real-life experiences, like handling mistakes, facing fears, or standing up for themselves.
Stories activate the brain’s centres for imagination, emotion, and memory, which means kids don’t just hear the lessons, they experience them.
